AS A CLUB MEMBER YOU ENJOY THE JOURNEYS EVEN MORE
You can choose between a basic or premium membership. Depending on your membership level, you will receive a variety of benefits and you can accumulate points that you can also transfer to your friends. In the future, there will also be train trips for club members only!
Select a membership level and purchase a section of the desired length. The membership will automatically renew every period you choose – if you pay for a month’s membership, we’ll send you a new invoice the following month. You can terminate your membership at the end of each period.

NOTICES IN ADVANCE
As a club member, you will receive advance notice of unique train journeys and the opportunity to book tickets before they go on general sale.
OWN CLUB CAR FOR MEMBERS ONLY
In the club car, you can meet other club members and enjoy the comfortable seats. You can also order dishes from the restaurant directly to your seat.
THE BEST SERVICE
The hostess/ host will assist club members with all travel related issues. For example, we can search for suitable cultural activities or entertainment, accommodation or further connections at the travel destination.
Please note that as a club member, you can carry up to 50 kg of goods free of charge.
UNIQUE PERFORMANCES FOR CLUB MEMBERS
With the club card, you ensure a full train experience and you also get the opportunity to participate in performances that are reserved for club members only.

As a premium member, you will receive free service by phone from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., every day of the year.
+ DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE
Premium members can get a customized door-to-door travel service. That means, you only have to worry about packing the bag.

As a basic member you get the following benefits:

- The basic membership accumulates one point per month – with five points you get a free trip.

The price for the basic membership is 25 € / month.
THE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
As a premium member, you get the following benefits:

- Door-to-door travel service
- A free service number by phone from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- The premium membership accumulates two points per month – with five points you get a free trip.

The price for the premium membership is 50 € / month.
